Financial Access Capital Management (FACM) is the group's private equity arm, targeting investments in financial institutions in emerging markets.

FACM is mainly focused on discretionary opportunities where the team's experience in managing banks, insurance and non-bank financial institutions provides significant upside potential.  In particular, FACM foresees attractive M&A flow in post-crisis Central & Eastern Europe including Turkey, the Caucasus and Central Asia.   We are also active in investment-related transactions in parts of Asia and Africa. 

Building on the group's core competencies, FA works with investors, including private equity managers and international finance institutions investing in emerging market financial institutions to source, evaluate and acquire investment targets.  Post-investment, we manage and enhance the performance of the investee financial institutions to maximise value leading to an exit.
