Financial Access is majority-owned by its Partners. The management buy-out which accomplished the separation from ING in 2006 was supported from the outset by the Washington-based private equity firm SEAF as a minority shareholder. Since 1989, SEAF has built an impressive track record in emerging markets investment, via a network of 15 local offices worldwide. SEAF has Approximately US$ 400 million under management and more than 245 investments in diverse sectors. They focus on small and medium-sized enterprises and the financial sector in emerging markets. |
