Directors

Sjoerd van der Voet, Chief Operating Officer of FA's advisory practice, has 25 years of unusually wide-ranging experience in financial services and and project management.  He is a specialist in the fields of banking strategy, (retail) marketing, product development and asset management.  He has also worked extensively in the IT planning area, as well as retail risk management and corporate governance.  Prior to joining FA, Sjoerd held various senior positions in ING’s Dutch and international network, including responsibility for ING's consulting subsidiary for Asia, based in Singapore, with businesses in Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, India and Mongolia.  Mr van der Voet also worked on projects involving ING business units in Australia, Greece, Poland and Uruguay.

Programme Manager

Alexander Issaev specialises in FA's banking and investment advisory areas, where he is involved in engagements in Africa, Eastern Europe and the Far East.  Alexander has experience as an analyst with UBS in equity research and Rabo Securities in M&A support.  He has also worked as a research assistant at the University of Amsterdam in Economics and Finance on corporate governance and private equity-related projects.  He was also an intern at Microsoft's Dutch operations.  Mr Issaev, a native of Bulgaria, has degrees from the University of Amsterdam in International Financial Economics (BSc), Quantitative Finance (MSc), and Business Economics (MSc).  He is a CFA Level II candidate.

Office Manager

Ella Boelens is involved in programme management for FA clients, and as Office Manager handles logistical, ITC and administrative issues vital to the firm's continuity!
