Transactions listed prior to December 2006 were executed by ING Advisory Services B.V., which traded as “ING Institutional & Government Advisory” or “IGA”, a subsidiary company of ING Group/ING Bank N.V., Amsterdam. Pursuant to a Letter of Intent closed in November 2006, this business was substantially transferred to Financial Access Capital Partners B.V., a company controlled by certain ex-employees of ING and of IGA. This Management Buy-Out was developed in full co-operation with ING. The Letter of Intent provides for the continuation of the business of IGA as “Financial Access”. The new entity acquired, amongst other things, the exclusive external rights to the use of the collective track record of the business, as well as various tangible and (proprietary) intangible assets, as well as staff.
